I work between business requirements, system constraints and delivery ownership.
Most of my work starts when several teams own different parts of the same problem.
I clarify what needs to be built, who owns each decision and what must be true before a release can proceed.
I work at enough technical depth to follow system and data flows, test assumptions and translate engineering constraints into programme decisions—while keeping engineering ownership explicit.
Working principles
Clarify ownership
Define who recommends, who decides and who executes.
Surface dependencies early
Expose system, integration and delivery constraints before commitment.
Use evidence to close decisions
Make requirements, claims, gates and closure conditions traceable.
Design governance that can be retired
Create the smallest cadence needed to reduce uncertainty, then remove it when it no longer adds value.
Outside work
Based in Anyang, Korea. Outside work, I build small automation tools, maintain my car and train several times a week.
