  • Owned Japan and Korea market-side UAT and release readiness across a fortnightly production release train; production Go/No-Go gates were vendor-run.
  • Established and ran a daily incident-status cadence and director-level change reporting during post-migration stabilisation, co-ordinating 26+ production incidents identified in records.
  • Sequenced integration dependencies across commerce, CMS, CRM, middleware and local authentication for two regulated markets.
  • Led an evidence-based RCA for a cross-system account-creation failure, obtaining a documented vendor fix and recurrence action.
  • Chaired a Japan analytics architecture review and drove cyber-security documentation across vendor, IT-security and legal stakeholders.
  • Designed a four-track successor onboarding programme covering commerce, CMS, CRM and UX.

Product and programme leadership for AI-assisted K–12 learning, national digital-textbook initiatives and public-sector platform scaling.

  • Led the cross-functional product and proposal work that secured a KRW 900 million national digital-textbook research contract for Elice.
  • Presented the platform strategy to the President of the Republic of Korea, the Minister of Education and eight provincial superintendents of education.
  • Led product planning for AI-integrated K–12 learning products, established publisher consortiums and obtained digital-textbook certification approval.
  • Grew the K–12 AI coding platform from 0 to 50,000 monthly active users through government distribution channels and curriculum partnerships.
  • Contributed to official AI digital-textbook research and technology-standard discussions.
